[18a-A404-8] Electromagnetics Lecture Emphasizing Understanding of Physical and Flexibility

In the current electromagnetics lecture, Maxwell equations, which are the most fundamental theory, are often presented in the last chapter as the conclusion of long history. In this proposal, Maxwell equations are shown in the introduction chapter, and the students get the perspective of electromagnetics. Then, individual topics, such as dielectric materials, will be piked up as branches according to requirement of the class. This method will be effective for students to understand the principle of electromagnetics and flexible for lecturers to construct the program.
