[18a-D209-10] Interactions of defects analyzed by image processing of scanning probe microscopy images obtained from rutile titanium dioxide (110) surfaces

We have succecfly analyzed the positional correlation mechanism of oxygen vacancies on the surface of rutile titanium dioxide (110) by scanning probe microscopy image using image processing methods. In the presentation, we will discuss the trends of the positional correlation of oxygen vacancies on titanium dioxide including the results of first-principles calculations.
