We are developing A second single-ion spectrometer is being developed for uncertainty evaluation and isotope shift measurements. We have developed an offset laser to measure large isotope shifts and a single pass second harmonic generator to generate enough power for spectroscopy. A second trap system with three-dimensional cooling is being developed for single ion trap spectroscopy.
