[18a-D519-11] Surface structural analysis of SrF2(111) using low energy atom scattering spectroscopy

We have studied surface structural analysis of the insulating material of SrF2(111) using time-of-flight low energy atom scattering spectroscopy. We compared the experimental spectra with simulation calculations. We found that the Fluorine atoms are more dominant on the topmost surfaces of SrF2(111).
