[18a-PB01-23] Bar-coating of Triple Cation Perovskite and Evaluation of Thin Film Properties

Cs0.05(MA0.17FA0.83)0.95Pb(I0.83Br0.17)3, which has been reported to exhibit high photoelectric conversion efficiency and excellent stability, was fabricated using a bar coating method applicable to large-scale production. The variation of film thickness and quality with the sweep speed of the coating bar was investigated, and it was found that the thinnest and smoothest films were obtained at a sweep speed of 4000 µm/s. Since PbI2 was formed by thermal treatment after film formation, the process without thermal treatment should be appropriate. The characteristics of solar cells fabricated under optimal conditions were measured and compared with those of MAPbI3.
