For current Lead sulfide colloidal quantum dot solar cells (PbS CQDSCs), high power conversion efficiency (PCE) is a critical factor to be fulfilled for further commercialization. Until now, the PCE of PbS CQDSCs is still mainly limited by fill factor (FF) and open-circuit voltage (Voc). Herein, we explore the insight into the large FF and Voc loss in PbS CQDSCs by analyzing their internal resistances and non-radiative recombination effects.
