This paper discusses the realization of wide-bandgap perovskite solar cells having a band gap of 1.5~1.8eV, an open circuit voltage of 1.1~1.4V, and a power conversion efficiency of 18~16%. The development of perovskite-perovskite tandem solar cells using these wide-bandgap cells will be discussed.
