Symposium
Tue. Jun 28, 2022 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM Venue C (Fukuju)
Organizer: Kei-ichiro Ishiguro (Kumamoto University)
Replication of the non-genome codes is a crucial process for cell differentiation and self-renewal in multicellular organisms, as is that of the genomic codes. However, mechanisms underlying replication of non-genomic codes that mediate plasticity and robustness for cellular inheritance have remained elusive. The main topic of the meeting will include "The basic mechanisms underlying replication of epigenomic information and the molecular basis of how these replication mechanisms regulate plasticity and robustness of differentiated cells". In this symposium, we will have distinguished guest speakers from the related research fields as well as those from the member of our research group. We will discuss its biological impact on multicellular organisms.
