This project is for capacity development in construction and maintenance of bridges in Bhutan which is conducted by six cunsultant companies and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). This report discribes the point of view about creating "Bridge Inventory Sheet" and "Inspection and Diagnosis Manual" and future activities.
