Takamatsu City has been promoting "smart city Takamatsu" since February 2018. In Takamatsu City, IoT common platform was developed as a data utilization base, and it implemented from data utilization in the field of disaster prevention and tourism. In the field of disaster prevention, we aimed to establish an IoT water level monitoring system, constantly monitor the river water level and tide level, and plan for early disaster countermeasures. In this paper, we report the implementation of the IoT water level monitoring system and approach of AI water level prediction using AI technology.
