The jsce attached library and the jsce committee of library on the construction of a knowledge platform for civil engineering aim to be a "new generation library utilizing information technology", and work on making a digital library of the jsce attached library while making progress with the information technology. This time, I report on the current situation and issues of the digital library for jsce attached library.
