[I-263] Experimental study of Shock Absorbing mechanism considering plastic deformation under tension

Rubber as impact absorbing material may be incorporated with wiring material affected by impulsive force. When applied force repeatedly, stable behavior is expected to the elastic deformation field. When affected by individual force, reliable and high energy absorption performance is expected to consider the plastically deformed region. We focus new impact absorbing structure integrated chain link with the material incorporated rubber with a steel pipe to expect plastic deformation. Loading experiment to militate impact force with high speed and the static mechanical characteristic was carried out to ensure functional capability at the actual operation.
