[I-66] Damage cause estimation and recovery measures of locker peers damaged by the Osaka northern earthquake

Cracks of up to 3 to 6 mm in width occurred on the rocker piers of the Meishin Expressway in the Osaka Prefecture Northern Earthquake that occurred on June 18, 2018. The damaged locker piers were thin wall structures with anchor bars at the top and menase hinges at the bottom, and in preparation for large-scale earthquakes that may occur in the near future, restoration with seismic reinforcement was required. From these facts, we estimated the cause of the damage for the damaged locker piers and made a recovery measure, and reported the contents.
