[II-191] Field Observation on Blue Carbon Dynamics in the Yatsushiro Sea Considering Influenced by Stratification

Recently, blue carbon, which is carbon captured by marine living organism is considered as an important factor of CO₂ dynamics in global and local scales. In this research, we carried out field observation in the Yatsushiro Sea where no field observation about blue carbon has been taken place, and tried to reveal the blue carbon dynamics in actual situation related some factors. Moreover, by observation in both well-stratified season and well-mixing one, we tried to reveal how stratification can effect on the dynamics. As a result, we could reveal the blue carbon dynamics related some factors in the Yatsushiro Sea.
