In the up line between Kochi Expressway Shingu IC and Otoyo IC, a heavy rainfall in July 2019 caused a bridge superstructure runoff.
Monitoring equipment was installed on slopes that might affect the oncoming traffic on the down line, and safety items were set and monitored.
Based on the experience rainfall after the disaster, we set the traffic regulation standard value of continuous rainfall and hourly rainfall, and carried out facing traffic
