[III-255] Composite HAT Sheet Pile Wall with H Shape Steel Beam for Excavation in Soft Ground

Singapore MRT Thomson-East Coast Line Contract T228 Project comprises of construction and completion of Gardens by the Bay Station, and as temporary earth retaining wall, the diaphragm wall was proposed along the stretch of station box and three entrances. Two out of three station entrances locate within the area of future development, and it shall be necessary the removable temporary retaining wall is proposed. In this case, the composite steel pile by HAT-type sheet pile and H-shape beam was installed and extracted by vibro hammer method, and this track record is introduced in this paper.
