Consideration on the various properties for in-situ 4 embankments using fine Ferro-nicker slag has been done based on the in-situ measurement of mechanical purperties,as cone index qc,CBR,K30,N-value,dry density and moisture content and so on. By gathering these datum,it was cleared to be possible to ensure the enough strength as an embankment material with adequate field compaction control of dry density and moisture content. In this paper, several relationships between dry density and qc,CBR,K30 were obtained for fundamental field quality control data.
