[IV-136] Transportation Demand Management from the Viewpoint of Individuals and Companies on Heavy Snowfall Times

During heavy snowfall, which is expected to occur in the future, we investigate measures to reduce the influence of heavy snowfall by changing the traffic behavior and the action on the traffic behavior of local residents and companies. Specifically, local residents and companies should be asked as to what kind of measures for traffic behavior change can be implemented and effective, and to what extent the situation like this time of heavy snowfall can be tolerated. A questionnaire was sent to the target. In this way, we clarify the effective transportation demand management policy in the software countermeasure side.
