For the purpose of providing evacuation information at an early timing, targeting the Toho Village, Asakura-gun, Fukuoka and Asakura City (Tochigi, Matsusu area), Fukuoka, where landslide disasters were damaged by heavy rainfall in northern Kyushu in July 2017.
Using the water retention capacity theory, We calculated the runoff rate for more quickly timing to issue evacuation information and predicted landslide disaster by prediction of rain fall
