[IV-46] The distance with a fee payment rate and issuance facilities of the parking ticket

We paid attention to the park in the limit parking bay and the change of the fee payment rate by the distance of issuance facilities in this study at time and,from a payment rate and relations of the diatance that i recorded these ralations from an investigation at continuation time, and were provided, estimated an income when there was not distance resisitance.
