On September 6, 2018, the Hokkaido iburi earthquake occurred and caused a ground disaster. In this research, we focused on deformation of housing ground in Kiyota-ku, Sapporo city, and tried to investigate ground subsidence and its spatial spread using DInSAR analysis which is one of satellite remote sensing technology. The result of this research is consistent with the analysis and field reconnaissance results of the distribution of the embankment, so it has been found that DInSAR analysis is effective as a tool for estimating the cause of ground deformation.
