[V-121] Study on new shell structure using steel fiber reinforced concrete
Keywords:Steel fiber reinforced concrete, Sprayed concrete, Form-less method
The decrease in workers in the construction industry is serious, and especially the decrease and aging of formwork carpenters are notable problems. In response to this problem, the authors are examining a "form-less method" which omits the formwork itself. Before making the column member, the steel fiber reinforced concrete is sprayed on the core material installed in advance, and after hardening, the core material is removed to form the outer shell. The structure is constructed by Installing a rebar cage inside this outer shell and casting concrete in it. This time, we report the results of the actual experiment for making the outer shell of the structure with steel fiber reinforced concrete.
