[V-257] Shear loading test of half pre-cast beam using shear connector of reinforcing bar

Accurate evaluation of joint interface between pre-cast concrete and site-concrete is important for regional design of half pre-cast member. In this paper, shear loading test of half pre-cast beam using shear connector of reinforcing bar is conducted. Purposes of the test are that influence of shear connector on shear behavior of member is clarified. The results shows that larger cross section of shear connector increases shear capacity of the beam and slip behavior of joint surface at shear connector relates to vertical displacement behavior of the beam. Therefore, shear force - slip relationship of shear connector is required for accurate evaluation of shear behavior of half pre-cast beam.
