[V-344] Basic research on hardening characteristics of geopolymer mortar

The cement industry is required to reduce carbon dioxide emissions against global warming. Therefore, we conducted basic research on geopolymer, which is a hardened body that does not use cement at all. In this study, tests were conducted by using blast furnace slag fine aggregate, blast furnace slag fine powder, fly ash and sodium hydroxide as the main raw materials and changing the blending ratio of blast furnace slag fine powder and fly ash. It has been found that it is obtained 140 minutes of initial setting time by using an appropriate amount of admixtures. Furthermore, it confirmed that the appropriate unit water quantity and intensity were also obtained.
