In Chuo Expressway, I carry out the pavement repair construction that considered construction time and regulation time. However, when a traffic jam is generated once, I am caught in a traffic jam, and a delay of the construction produces the vehicle concerned and is connected for not only the promotion of the traffic jam but also a quality drop and falls into a vicious circle called the promotion of the pavement damage. Therefore I performed traffic jam mild measures by the review of the regulation time and planned the traffic jam number of times, traffic jam relaxation by the reduction in traffic jam duration and reduced the risk of the quality drop by reduction of the influence of the traffic jam.
