[V-533] Hexavalent chromium elution of recycled cement recovered from returned concrete

The amount of return concrete generated is reported to be about 1 to 2% of the amount of shipped concrete, and the effective use of these is not progressing at present. So, in this experiment, using the dried sludge fine powder (DSP) and the by-product admixture (BFS) produced from the return container, the residue left after intermediate treatment of the sediment residue generated at the dismantling site etc. The purpose was to make effective use as a return material.
