for the new and existing concrete structures, double chamber water/air pressure permeability testing machines are developed and tested as NDT test equipment to be used at sites of concrete surface and permeability. This article is a report on the test results using WAPP, with W/C and curing as the main elements to understand the water-tightness of concrete surface.
