[VI-1020] About a broom river bridge riverbed artisan sinking phenomenon and a measure artisan.

It was confirmed that a copy of foot protection work of a pier sinks in the broom river which flows through Tochigi-ken in March, 2018. Certain riverbed sinking could be admitted around the pier as a result of the investigation. After judging not to have an influence on movement of on the state confirmation and a train immediately and establishing reconsideration and a continuation surveillance system of the driving regulation value (speed regulation), emergency construction was put into effect. I'm working on a permanent measure at present.
