[VI-1023] About the strain fixation power of the ground anchor for the weathering ground

There were many ground anchors whom the head floated and was found as a result that the check of a slope constructed 30 years ago was carried out. A drawing investigation is carried out for this ground anchor, and it is recognized that the fixation of the anchor does not have abnormality. This article performs a sampling and a quality of soil examination of the ground for a target slope, and the cause that the head of the ground anchor floated estimates it with lack of ground support and is the report that I set the tonus of the ground anchor who does not go over permission support of the ground, and designed the repair.
