[VI-105] Concrete placing height visualization system by pressure gauge installed on center

A need for a centrally manageable system of the placing height of lining concrete is increasing. A system that centrally controls the placement height with a relatively small number of sensors was constructed. The height of concrete is converted from the value of the pressure gauge using the fact that the lateral pressure of fresh concrete acts hydraulically up to a certain height. As a result of confirming the applicability of this system in full-scale lining concrete casting, it was found that the required accuracy is obtained when using a Gmax 25 mm ordinary concrete and more flowable concrete.
