One day, a large semi-trailer hit a height restriction bar that was set near by the entrance of the return way of ikebukuro high way no.5 to itabashi honmachi. Later on, as a result of a detailed inspection, the surface of the ceiling got some scratches, resulting in changing the part of injured. It requires a certain amount of time until it gets fixed, first of all, they pre-fixed the height restriction bar, and after about 2 months later, they planned to fix the ceiling with controlling traffic for long hours on weekends when the traffic is no that heavy. This is a report of how and what the fixing process was.
