JR Sibuya station First railroad track change-over work has completed with 46 hours train cancellation. At both before and after planning construction, many kind of risk such as accidents, natural disaster, mechanical broken, delay in work were expected. Trough many experiment, each risk measures were evaluated and implemented for preventing accidents and delay in total work.
