[VI-131] Verification result by nondestructive testing method of a corrosion at the ground-buried position of a street illumination post (COLOPAT SCAN)

The inspection of the ground-buried position of the street illumination post is currently done by excavating and visual inspection, and it takes a lot of time and labor. A verification corrosion survey of 28 posts in Fujisawa City was conducted to utilize nondestructive testing method as a screening technique for improving the efficiency of corrosion surveys on road surface boundaries. As a result, the good result is obtained by comparison with the diagnosis result by this nondestructive inspection technology(COLOPAT SCAN).
