[VI-146] Structural monitoring system of flaking and peeling based on motion-blur compensation in high-speed transition

The exposure time of thermography camera is invariant due to calibration before actual imaging for the correspondence between sensing data and temperature. Hence, imaging under high-speed transition occurs motion blur in captured images, and fine deterioration becomes blurry due to the decrease of spatial resolution. In this research, we implement motion-blur compensation system with rotation of galvanometer mirror, and aimed to capture still-image-like imaging. Transition experiment at 40 km/h in a tunnel proved validity of our system to capture improved image target including peeling.
