[VI-283] Achievements of Reconstruction CM System Management

Reconstruction work using the CM method was almost completed in Yamada-machi, Iwate Prefecture, which was afflicted by the Tohoku-Pacific Ocean Earthquake. We verified the quantitative results achieved by CM management. By integrating management of surveys, surveys, design and construction on processes, the overall project has been able to reduce processes by 35% or more from the standard construction period.
