Collaboration between clients and industry help achieve efficiencies and financial benefits in public works project implementation processes. Especially, improving the functional capability of government as a client will results in further efficiencies and better value for the taxpayer. This paper presents results from the survey carried out in 2019 targeted at construction, design and other technical service providers. The report provides data on key issues between clients and industry and possible causes on the client side.
