[VI-326] Experimental study on repairing method of steel plate with ribbed due to pitting corrosion

In recent years, people's lives have been affected due to the aging of infrastructure. How to ensure the safety of the structure has become an important issue. In port and harbor facilities, pitting corrosion due to aging has become apparent along with deterioration of steel sheet piles. In the conventional repair method, there are problems that the construction procedure is complicated. Therefore, it is required to develop a simple and low cost repair method. In this research, we examined the repair effect by enhancing the rigid of plate with a rib and the repair effect by changing the axial force of the one-side bolt against the steel plate of pitting corrosion.
