[VI-438] Cofferdam costruction making use of liner plate is built on the hanging scaffold

To repair river abutment pier, reinforce, in needs the building of cofferdam construction in the case of the construction of the underwater section. The ways to approach to build cofferdam construction are assumed temporary pier and assembly barge. These approaches aren't adequate to the construction method for residental area where noise and vibration are problems and narrow field that heavy machinery can't enter. For the purpose of solving this problem we examined the construction method to build cofferdam construction on the hanging scaffold and executed a test by that. We report the outline of the construction test about the building of cofferdam construction on the hanging scaffold.
