[VI-492] The result of initial launching and risk countermeasure for large diameter shield tunnel

Yokohama-shonan road project are located about 300 km from 3 main ring road in kanto area. The segment thickness of this shield tunnel construction project was changed to 85mm from initial planning. Therefore, diameter of shield machine became larger than diameter of cutting wall (NOMST). Whereas, it was necessary to change the initial plan of shield launch. This paper are discuss about the review of initial launch plan, risk countermeasure of initial launch, and the report of initial launch results.
