[VI-507] Research on stiffness evaluation of riveted steel girder with corrosion defects

The purpose of this research is to make practical use of measurement method by 3D scanner and strength evaluation method by 1DFEM analysis using beam element. With the increasing number of aging structures, the amount of information handled in the method of this research is small, so we can expect efficiency in maintenance and management work. First, we show the effectiveness of 3D scanner and 1DFEM analysis. The analytical model is a research target of a corroded girder, and 3D data of this girder are read, a cross section is extracted therefrom, a cross sectional force is calculated, and this is applied as an element to a one-dimensional model to perform analysis.
