[VI-573] A construction method of a steel deck structure for RC deck replace, leaving original decks above girder flanges

Conventional RC deck replacing methods need very long construction periods due to difficulty of replacing concrete above girder flanges. As many shear connecters on the flanges make the work very hard one. Thus, new RC deck replacing method is proposed. The new steel deck structure can be placed over remaining concrete blocks above girder flange. This new mathod can reduce much of construction time and does not require reinforcement to original girders. That means no weight increase and there is no need of pier and foundation reinforcement. This contribute to large cost reductions.
