[VI-583] Performance Test of Fiber reinforcement floor slab and waterproof

We simulated the actual construction of fiber reinforced concrete floor slabs and typical floor slab waterproofers, and confirmed the waterproof performance. As a result, it was confirmed that floor plate waterproofing functions properly for fiber reinforced concrete floor slabs if the fiber post-treatment is properly performed.
