The 3H method is a method of constructing a high bridge pier with a hollow cross section by a technique of prefabrication and precasting with a simple composite structure in which a plurality of axial rebars are replaced with H-shaped steel. At this time, due to the revision of earthquake resistance standards and the like, addition of hunts and reinforcing bars to the inner air cross section and adaptation to higher bridge piers, etc. The task became apparent. Therefore, we examined improvement measures in design and construction, and created new patents, design and construction manuals, and estimate data accompanying it.
