Local application consideration of visibility improvement technology by clarity improvement area formation of whole muddy water in a dam lake .Because it is performed in the state that performed storing water by the improved construction of the facilities of the dam, diving work increases, but it is with the factor of the process delay without being able to perform diving work when the heavy rains have muddy water in the dam lake more. Therefore I developed the compact device which formed a high domain of the transparency at hand of the diving person so that diving work was pushed forward even if a dam lake was in condition to have been muddy.
