[VI-833] Specific deterioration (ASR, Salt damage) of bridge concrete members based on Visual Inspection Data

From Visual Inspection Data, many bridges were suspected of specific deterioration (ASR, Salt damage), but many of them were not judged clearly as the deterioration.
Since the judgment of the deterioration depends largely on the experience of the inspectors, we have tried another approach to judge the deterioration from not only inspection data but the related information such as geological characteristics and river basin.
