[VI-836] Development of infrastructure observation system for construction of the citizen cooperation type infrastructure management system

本研究では，“観察”を，『小規模、構造が単純、利用者がごく限られている等の橋梁について，現在の状態を把握するとともに，安全性・機能性を確保するために道路管理者が措置の必要性の判断を行ううえで必要な情報を得るために実施するもの．』と定義し，舞鶴市における市民協働型インフラ管理体制の構築を念頭に，『インフラ観察ガイドライン』の策定，スマホ・タブレットを用いてデータを収集・蓄積するインフラ観察システムの開発を行う．また，『橋梁観察士（仮称）』を育成する市民学習カリキュラムを開発し，市民の中から維持管理人材を育成する．
