[VI-857] New platforms construction using "Overhang Sidewalk"

A new platform was built using "Overhang Sidewalk" which is used as a structure for sidewalk. Conventionally,"Z-shaped Retaining Wall" has been used to secure a space to escape when a passenger falls from a platform.Compared with this,the excavation position was far from the track,and the excavation depth was shallow,so that the temporary earth retaining works became unnecessary.As a result of the construction,it was able to be constructed safely,in a short construction period,and at a low cost without any track deformation.
