[VI-928] Practical application of CIM in port construction

We describe the advantages and problems that we found when carrying out the first CIM utilization work (designated by the customer) in the port construction of MLIT. The implementation items are roughly divided into the following three items.
1.Resolving construction problems by CIM
2. Explanation with data visualization improves understanding between related parties
3. Application to construction management
We also examined the future prospects of CIM.
