[VI-945] Case study of BIM/CIM geological modeling with Three-dimensional microtremor array measurement.
Keywords:BIM/CIM, Three-dimensional microtremor array survey , Physics exploration, Road business, Weak ground
It is important to obtain the spatial distribution and depth of the alluvial layer composed of soft sediments for dealing with consolidation and deformation problems. However, it is difficult to estimate the three-dimensional distribution of the alluvial layer by a limited number of boring surveys. We, therefore, combined the boring survey and the three-dimensional microtremor array measurement that can measure the underground S-wave velocity structure from the ground surface. The estimated three-dimensional distribution of the alluvial formation was consistent with the surrounding topography, and we were able to create the BIM/CIM geological model effectively and efficiently.
