本研究では，嫌気性微生物の阻害物である硫化水素，アンモニア，水素などの効率的な除去が可能な新規メタン発酵リアクターの開発を行った。本リアクターは，前処理槽とメタン発酵槽が上下に連結しており，連結部には独自に開発した相分離構造を組み込むことで，メタン発酵槽で生成したバイオガスが酸生成槽に無動力で導入される仕組みである。本発表では本リアクターの阻害物除去に及ぼす各因子の影響評価を報告する。
